Terms of Agreement


First rule - Be respectful to Admins / Team Leaders
- If you have a problems with another member then walk away or come to an Admin for an impartial decision ...(Opinion)

Second rule - We have a minimum age limit of 18.

Third rule - In the trial period the team leader for trainees team will make the decision on whether or not that player should remain in the clan and go onto to receive full member status, the team leader still has to ask permission from the heads of the clan before he can approve a membership.

Fourth rule - If somebody is a full member then all the Admins must agree to ban him (exceptions to this are that Pietje, Worthless and Undead can make a decision on their own)
- Or if the member is being intentional racist or insulting to other religions! This will result in an immediate ban from the clan from any Admin / Team Leaders!

Fifth rule ( Behavior on Ventrilo )
- Do not make unnecessary noise or shouting when playing a game or chatting, do not remove your tag (see rule eight)
- Do not use excessive abusive language or comments as many people have small children who do not need to hear or read your bad language!

Sixth rule - A trial period will last no longer than 1 month unless agreed by all Admins.

Seventh rule - All members must speak English in Ventrilo!!! (Except when all people in a channel speak the same language they speak)

Eighth rule - Only players that are signed up in vwar by a administrator/team leader is allowed to wear our tag in game and on ventrilo!
- Players that join up must first be on ventrilo and have talked with a Team leader before the can join up.
- Players must use the same name they use in ventrilo as in the game..
Like for example: =Vu= Undead I use in ventrilo and in all the games I play, so everybody recognizez me.. Including Admins / Team Leaders!!!
- Players must always use / have tags in their name on ventrilo so visitors recognize them as members. ( Exceptions can be made for games where you can't use our tag or your nickname in the game, not for ventrilo!)
- Players that are not members of Venatus Una are not allowed to wear our tag in game or on ventrilo, if an administrator or teamleader sees players on our servers without our tag they will kick or ban them.

Ninth rule - Trainees should always wear the little =vu= tag in front of their names, when they become full members they should change it to the big =Vu= tag and wear it always in any game you can ( So everybody can recognize you as a member of our clan )
- We always let members/trainee's wear capital =Vu= tags in game but in ventrilo they must wear lowercase tags so that members know you are a trainee and can help you around the site and with questions you may have.

Tenth rule - Members that go to join another clan without telling us will be banned from the clan. It is not allowed to be in two clans.

Eleventh rule - No porn on our FTP or website (there is enough porn on the internet so look there!)
- No spamming on the website (see rules on our forums)

Twelveth rule - All members should respect these rules , if for some reason you do not agree with these rules then you have no place in this clan.

Thirteenth rule - All Full members are required to sign up for Roll Call in Vwar's Next Actions. We send out automated emails for this to let you know when it is coming up, but if you have a yahoo or hotmail email account it is very possible you will not receive these emails because of spam filters. Please visit the website often and check for updates on things. The website has every thing you need to know posted on it.

Fourteenth rule - Members that cheat in our servers or on other servers will be kick out of the clan, if they can come back to the clan is up to the administrators of the clan.



The objective of Venatus Una is to have fun while playing games and bringing people together from all over the world. Not to start fights!
